The event, which took place at the Casa do Sal, was attended by entities that collaborate daily in the operation of this service, such as the AD&C and the Management Authorities of the Sustentável 2030, Lisboa 2030, Alentejo 2030, Algarve 2030, and FAMI Programs.
The day was marked by the sharing of experiences and joint construction of solutions, posing the challenge of viewing the Funds Line not just as a helpline, but as an instrument for understanding beneficiary needs and identifying signals about the functioning of the European Funds management system. Through collaborative dynamics, real cases were analyzed, and reflection was promoted on how to build clearer responses and strengthen user proximity and trust.
Among the main improvement opportunities identified were the training of beneficiaries and teams, clarity of instructions, creation of a common knowledge base, sharing of best practices, and the use of artificial intelligence for clearer and more effective responses. The importance of valuing the information collected by the Funds Line to anticipate needs and continuously improve the European Funds management system was also reinforced.
The initiative was supported by the Municipality of Castro Marim, the Parish Council of Castro Marim, and the Algarve 2030 Management Authority.
