A technical team visited the Parque Empresarial A25 on Wednesday, October 28th, to monitor and assess the progress of construction work for the installation of the company MesaPrime, Lda. The technical visit included technicians from the municipality, the company, and GEAT - Gabinete de Engenharia e Arquitetura António Tomaz, responsible for the project's design.
The ongoing works involve the construction of a large-scale industrial metal components production unit, budgeted at approximately 8 million euros, with financial support from the PRR – Recovery and Resilience Plan.
Excavation and preparation work on Lots 9 and 10 began in October, with the infrastructure completion scheduled within 12 months. The establishment of MesaPrime, Lda in the municipality will not only create 25 direct jobs initially, with the prospect of 10 more later, but also contribute to increasing the competitiveness and attractiveness of the Parque Empresarial A25 and boost the socioeconomic development of the municipality of Celorico da Beira.
