Turismo de Portugal invites tourism sector SMEs based in the municipality of Lisbon to participate in a diagnosis on Artificial Intelligence (AI) adoption, promoted under the AI SkillSprint program.

The initiative, developed in partnership with the Lisbon City Council and Code for All_, runs until November 6, 2026. The questionnaire aims to identify how companies use AI in their daily operations, its main applications, and existing training and capacity-building needs. It also seeks to understand employee experience and company conditions for integrating these solutions into their work processes.
Completing the survey, which takes about 10 minutes, allows each participant to understand their AI maturity profile, gain perspective on the company's positioning, and compare results with other participating organizations. The collected contributions will support the preparation of a free Artificial Intelligence capacity-building program tailored to Lisbon SMEs and adjusted to identified needs.
Participating companies may, at a later stage, express interest in joining this training, which will be announced in due course. Turismo de Portugal emphasizes the importance of participation from sector companies to ensure the diagnosis reflects the real practices, challenges, and needs of the business community.
