The DGERT has launched the DIAF, a new monitoring tool requiring certified training entities to update their identification data and information on training activities conducted in 2025. The submission deadline is October 31st.

Through the DIAF, entities are called upon to update their identification data and communicate information about the training activities developed, contributing to a more updated and comprehensive characterization of the vocational training sector in Portugal.
Information collection will take place between October 1st and 31st, 2026, through the entity's reserved area on the Certifica Platform.
The submission of the DIAF is mandatory for all training entities certified by DGERT by December 31st, 2025. The requested data refers solely to the civil year of 2025. From 2027 onwards, the process will be carried out annually in March, referring to the previous year.
For more information on this process, consult the Guide for Support to Training Entities.
