Turismo de Portugal, as part of the European project FuTour Alliance, has invited organizations in the tourism sector to identify and share best practices in people management, with applications open until November 2nd.

The aim is to address the challenges of talent attraction, development, and retention through the updating of professional profiles, training, and the promotion of partnerships. The project, co-financed by the Erasmus+ program, brings together European partners to develop a skills strategy for tourism, named Destination Europe 2030.
The call seeks recent or established initiatives in the areas of talent attraction and retention, skills learning and development, lifelong employability, and job satisfaction and well-being. The invitation is open to organizations of any size in the accommodation, food and beverage, travel agencies, tour operators, tourist attractions, and destination management sectors.
Selected applications will be included in a European-level survey of best practices, contributing to the identification of solutions and benchmarks for people management in tourism. Interested organizations can submit their initiatives via the participation form by November 2nd, 2026.
