The main objectives are to promote Lifelong Learning, thereby increasing the school and professional qualifications of adults, prioritizing the less qualified and ensuring guidance and support for individual (re)qualification pathways, either through direct referral to the most suitable training offer or through the development of Recognition, Validation, and Certification of Competences (RVCC) processes, also mandatorily complemented by further training to complete these processes, under Article 13 of Portaria No. 61/2022, of January 31.
Geographically, the notice covers Qualifica Centers located in the regions corresponding to NUTS II of Norte, Centro, and Alentejo. Promoting entities of these Centers with funding authorization by the closing date of this notice can apply, with each operation being required to commit to enrolling a minimum of 400 candidates per 12-month period. The maximum duration of the operations is 24 months, between January 1, 2027, and December 31, 2028.
The application period runs until 6:00 PM on November 25, 2026. Applications must be submitted electronically through the Balcão dos Fundos. It is recommended that applicant entities do not leave submission to the last days, to allow time for resolving any last-minute difficulties.
